This bag is handcrafted by traditional Italian manufacturers using the finest Italian leather. Due to the unique nature of the leather, some colour and texture variation may occur. This is a natural characteristic of the skin which lends to its inherent beauty. Only top quality materials and skins are used for this item. We recommend you to handle this product with care to preserve the original look as long as possible. Avoid sharp and pointy objects as well as exposure to direct sunlight and rain. Use a damp cloth to remove stains.
If you use your bag on a daily or regular basis, we recommend treating it with a protectant spray such as Nanex every 4 weeks. Spray your bag evenly from a distance of 20cm. For an optimal effect, repeat this action by applying a second coating. Let your bag dry 24h before using or storing. Leather is unique in the sense that it is strong and durable yet still a living and natural material. Always keep in mind that even if you are protecting your bag regularly with a protectant spray, leather is never entirely waterproof. Therefore, it is best to avoid rain. If you, however, end up in an unexpected rain shower, make sure to dry your bag at once. Smooth leather is the most fragile kind, so make sure to be gentle with your bag.
SHIPPING
Delivery time will be 2-5 working days for orders within Belgium.
For international orders please keep in mind the estimated delivery time is 3-10 days and might differ from country to country depending on your local postal service. The handling period might also be extended due to a customs process.
If for any reason there is a problem with your order and it cannot be shipped on time we will notify you.
For international orders do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that shipping fees may be different to your country.
RETURN
We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days after receiving your order. We've made sure the process is hassle-free. Please contact our customer service 24h after receipt via info@zarinarouge.com. No parcel shall be accepted without checking with us first.
If you decide to return an item, please ensure it's in perfect condition. This means in their initial state with all tags attached and sent back to us in their original packaging. To qualify for a refund or exchange the item returned must be unworn and undamaged. Any items that are returned in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. If somehow your purchase is damaged up on receipt, please contact our customer service right away. Please note that Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender.
Please take into account that Returns are at your own expense. We highly recommend providing a tracking number to locate your return accurately. we can not be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. Once we receive your return, you will get a confirmation email from our customer service department. Gift cards are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected and you do not wish to replace the product, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping, Taxes and import costs are nonrefundable.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the return is a result of an error.
