We recommend you to handle this product with care to preserve the original look as long as possible. Avoid sharp and pointy objects as well as exposure to direct sunlight and rain. Use a damp cloth to remove stains.
If you use your bag on a daily or regular basis, we recommend treating it with a protectant spray such as Nanex every 4 weeks. Spray your bag evenly from a distance of 20cm. For an optimal effect, repeat this action by applying a second coating. Let your bag dry 24h before using or storing. Leather is unique in the sense that it is strong and durable yet still a living and natural material. Always keep in mind that even if you are protecting your bag regularly with a protectant spray, leather is never entirely waterproof. Therefore, it is best to avoid rain. If you, however, end up in an unexpected rain shower, make sure to dry your bag at once. Smooth leather is the most fragile kind, so make sure to be gentle with your bag.
SHIPPING
Delivery time will be 2-5 working days for orders within Belgium.
For international orders please keep in mind the estimated delivery time is 3-10 days and might differ from country to country depending on your local postal service. The handling period might also be extended due to a customs process.
If for any reason there is a problem with your order and it cannot be shipped on time we will notify you.
For international orders do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that shipping fees may be different to your country.
RETURN
Please contact us 24h after receipt if you would like to exchange an item or get a credit note. We will get back to you within 24 hours. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
All returns need to be made within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged or altered in any way.
In the event of receiving an item with a genuine fault, please report this fault to us immediately. At this point you may be offered a refund or a replacement. If a replacement is chosen then we will ship this to you at our own expense. If a refund is chosen we will refund the shipping fee as well.
